Dance-fit ®
Dance to be fit! Dance-fit classes are an unique work-out based on ballet and jazz technique and pilates stretch movement.
Students are led through a series of movements that help to strengthen and stretch the muscles and realign the body to find a
proper level of fitness without strenuous high impact exercises. Weight drops at a slow pace, body trims and you’ll feel fit and
years younger.
Senior Dance-fit ®
Dance-fit classes geared for men and women over 55. Combines subtle dance technique with low impact stretch movements.
Chair-fit ®
Inventive new program for adults who desire to participate in fitness classes but can not tolerate high impact or harsh exercise
programs. A total workout for the whole body, helps burn off calories, tones, strengthen muscles, and helps improve
cardiovascular health. An excellent program for seniors, arthritis sufferers, those recuperating from injuries. Suitable for all
fitness levels
Barre à terre w/Yoga ®
An unique total mind and body workout! Combines the principles of yoga with the abdominal strengthening, effective use of
breath, upper-body conditioning and balance work emphasized in Barre à terre.
Barre à tere is a classical ballet barre done on the floor. It was originally designed to continue training injured dancers. It uses
the resistance of the floor to establish proper alignment and increased range of motion.
Dancer Workout ®
Uses dance technique to strengthen, reshape and tone muscles. Increases endurance, burns calories, improves
cardiovascular health, coordination and balance. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Pregnancy Fit ®
Soft movements to strengthen muscles and control breathing prepares you and your body for birth. Relieves backaches and
improves posture. Gaining control over breathing, strong muscles and a healthy heart significantly ease labor and delivery.
Teacher-2-Teacher ® - A class for teachers by teachers.

Our weekly teacher’s class is exclusively for teachers/instructors and incorporates various dance techniques.
